The St. Louis Fed’s Financial Stress Index was unchanged from the prior week at -1.216 in the week ended March 8. This was the lowest since -1.251 in the October 5, 2018 week. The readings continues to reflect low levels of concern about risks to financial markets and uncertainties about the economic outlook.
