On the radar: Final Demand PPI revisions minor, no impact on overall inflation picture

The Bureau of Labor Statistics released the annual revisions for the Final Demand Producer Price Index on Tuesday, February 12. There were only changes in the seasonally adjusted index for the month-to-month percent changes for total PPI and effectively none at the core — total excluding food, energy, and trade.  The overall inflation picture at the producer level is virtually unchanged. The January data for the Final Demand PPI will be released on Thursday, February 14 at 8:30 ET.
